Nick's experience
I created Daily Ritual because I wanted to make the habit of taking exceptional olive oil every day feel simple, enjoyable and part of modern life.
Across the Mediterranean, olive oil is not treated as a trend. It is used daily, generously and with real appreciation. That has always shaped the way I think about extra virgin olive oil — not just as something for cooking, but as something with character, provenance and purpose.
A high-polyphenol olive oil is naturally bold. It has bitterness, pepperiness and intensity, which is exactly what makes it special. But I also know that taking that kind of oil on its own every day can feel quite strong.
That is where the lemon comes in. It brings brightness and balance, making the shot easier to enjoy without taking away from the character of the oil.
For me, Daily Ritual is about one small, consistent habit. A moment each day to choose quality, simplicity and something rooted in Mediterranean tradition.
Pairings
Daily Ritual is a small daily shot of high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil, balanced with lemon and inspired by the Mediterranean way of living.
Created for those who want to make exceptional olive oil part of their everyday wellbeing routine, each shot brings together the bold, peppery character of premium extra virgin olive oil with the bright freshness of lemon.
The natural bitterness and peppery finish come from olive oil polyphenols found in high-quality extra virgin olive oil and part of what gives it its distinctive intensity. The lemon softens that character, making Daily Ritual smoother, brighter and easier to enjoy every day.
Take it in the morning as part of your daily routine, alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
