Frantoio De Carlo is one of Italy’s most historic family olive oil producers, with roots in Bitritto, near Bari in Puglia, dating back to 1598 — documented in early notarial records relating to the family’s purchase of land for olive cultivation.

Today, the De Carlo family continues to produce extra virgin olive oil from the same part of southern Italy, where olive trees, red earth, dry summers and ancient agricultural knowledge combine to create some of the world’s most expressive olive oil.

Award-winning and internationally recognised, Frantoio De Carlo’s oils are cold-extracted from native Puglian olive varieties — Coratina, Ogliarola Barese and Leccino — expressing centuries of Puglian olive oil culture in every bottle.
