Nick's experience
De Carlo feels timeless. The oils are polished, dependable and very easy to bring into your kitchen. This is the box I’d recommend to someone who wants quality, tradition and versatility in one tasting.

Pairings
Excellent with bruschetta, tomato salad, burrata, Caprese, legumes, bitter greens, soups and seafood. These oils are especially good with simple ingredients where the olive oil is part of the dish, not just a finishing touch.
