Riserva is a great extra virgin olive oil, with intense olfactory senses and an average gustatory persistance. It leaves very pleasant marks on Italian traditioanl entrees such as baked pasta and red sauce fusilli. It combines perfectly with international style spicy soups and on grilled fish.
