“When I opened the bottle, the first thing that hit me was a strong green, fruity aroma with clear hints of leaves and artichoke, plus a clean, subtle spiciness.
Tasting it was pretty direct: fresh vegetable and leafy notes, a clear almond tone, and that familiar wild chicory character. The finish brought a noticeable thistle edge. The bitterness and spice came through firmly but stayed balanced, making the whole thing feel solid and well put together”
