I began The Olive Library after making a lot of changes in my life. I wanted to do something I found fulfilling, that connected me with my Greek heritage and my love of food in a deeper, more meaningful way.
By accident, really, I discovered the world of olive oil and fell completely in love with it. The Olive Library is my way of telling the stories of this incredible product, and sharing my love of it with you.
My Mission
Heritage
The Olive Library is not just a shop, but a record of its producers and their unique stories, often shaped by generations of knowledge and craft. I am committed to building strong, conscientious relationships with my suppliers, respecting their histories and supporting their future. By doing so, I aim to help preserve these traditions and ensure they continue to thrive for years to come.
Quality
I began The Olive Library out of frustration with the poor quality of most widely sold olive oil. For this reason, I am committed to offering only the finest oils, each meeting rigorous standards for quality, production, and sustainability. I work closely with producers who share these values, ensuring every bottle reflects care, integrity, and a deep respect for the craft.
Education
Even after thousands of years, we are still discovering new methods and health benefits that reshape how we understand olive oil. I am constantly learning and exploring these developments, driven by curiosity and passion. Through The Olive Library, I share this journey so you can learn alongside me and deepen your own understanding and appreciation.
