Organic extra virgin olive oil obtained by mixing Coratina and Ogliarola Barese cultivar, grown, harvested and crushed in compliance with the regulation on organic production. It is an extremely balanced blend, with a dynamic taste and delicate scents of bitterness and pungency, but also hints of almond and chamomile. Perfect for enhancing fish dishes, vegetables, fresh cheese and white meat.
