Nick's experience

“The first thing you notice about IDRA is the smell of fresh-cut grass with a freshly picked green tomato. When you taste it, those same green, herbal notes, followed by a mild almond-like softness. The flavour shifts to a gentle bitterness at first, and finally a clean, lasting spiciness that stays on your palate.
I would recommend finishing simple dishes—grilled fish, or boiled meats. It also lifts green sauce, Pesto, and lighter red sauces, adding depth without overpowering anything.”
