Nick's experience

“46° Parallelo – Biologico comes from organically grown Casaliva olives, picked mostly by hand and pressed right away, so what you taste feels as close to the grove as possible. After extraction, the oil is carefully stored and bottled following full organic protocols.
When you open the bottle, the aroma hits you first that is fresh and green, like walking past just-cut grass. On the palate, the oil feels balanced and clean, with a gentle bitterness and a lively spicy note that lingers in a really satisfying way.
What stood out to me is how versatile it is: it lifts delicate foods without overwhelming them. I’ve used it on raw vegetables, simple fish dishes, pasta, and plain white rice, and even something as simple as fried eggs or fresh cheese becomes noticeably better with just a drizzle.”
