Nick's experience

“Riflessi extra virgin olive oil has a light fruity character. Made from 100% Maurino olives, it feels full and rounded. As you taste it, you’ll notice fresh notes that remind you of lettuce, followed by a clear touch of black pepper and almond. The bitterness and spiciness show up, but the finish leans unexpectedly sweet.
When you start pairing it with food It works especially well with simple salads, or a plate of marinated amberjack. Drizzle it over grilled potatoes or farro soup and you’ll immediately notice how it brings the flavours forward. It fits right in with artichoke risotto, shellfish, roast game, or baked poultry. It even pairs comfortably with goat cheeses.
Use it raw on warm or cold dishes that have a bit of texture, or take it into the kitchen for quick, high-heat cooking. In either case, you get the same direct, reliable flavour experience: honest, balanced, and easy to enjoy.”
