I began The Olive Library after making a lot of changes in my life. I wanted to do something I found fulfilling, that connected me with my Greek heritage and my love of food in a deeper, more meaningful way.By accident, really, I discovered the world of olive oil and fell completely in love with it.The Olive Library is my way of telling the stories of this incredible product, and sharing my love of it with you.

The Olive Library is not just a shop. It is also a record of its producers and their unique stories, which often include generations of knowledge and practices. I am committed to building conscientious relationships with my suppliers, respecting and preserving their histories and helping them to continue operating well into the future.
Quality
I began the olive library partially out of frustration with how poor the quality of most widely sold olive oil is. For this reason I remain committed to selling only the finest olive oils, which meet my own rigorous standards for quality, manufacturing practices and sustainability.
Education
Even after thousands of years making olive oil, we are still discovering new manufacturing methods and health benefits that are completely reshaping our understanding of this incredible product. I am learning constantly and want to share my learnings so that you can follow, learn and grow your own understanding alongside mine.
